One-to-one Counselling Support: Youth + Families

Often in life, there are difficulties we face that appear to be unworkable or impossible to overcome. Many times, it's the way we look at a situation that prevents us from seeing our options or the possibilities that exist. It may also be that we don't want to burden our close family or friends with our troubles. Talking to someone neutral, compassionate and experienced in developing resilience (i.e. coping skills) can be very beneficial in overcoming or working around adversity. Our company, Clear Horizons is located at the Brain and Mind Research Institute and provides counselling to children, adolescents, parents and adults in dealing with the following concerns; anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, grief and trauma, goal setting, identity and self esteem, learning and/or behavioural difficulties, social skills, stress management, and risk taking behaviours.
